This will wipe the data from your tracker so sync it first. Before factory reset, make sure you have deleted versa from your Fitbit mobile app and from your phone's Bluetooth settings. WebClick the gear icon in the top right corner, then select Settings. Under Devices > Heart Rate, make sure it's set to Auto. Click Heart Rate, make sure it's set to Auto. After your Fitbit device is setup initially, it will automatically begin synchronizing with your device of choice when it is within 20 feet of it.
