This noise can best be hear at low speeds and only happens when driving over a pothole or bumpy terrain. My car has 18500 miles. My car has an automatic transmission. WebApr 25, 2024 · Suspension noise could only be heard when driving slow (~ 10-30 mph) and running over bumps...man hole covers, rough spots in the road, etc. Applying the brakes while running over the bumps did not have any effect on the noise. Sounded like the front suspension was loose.
