I can play using it but I cannot record tunes. I lost one idea with hunting motives because it didn't record it. ): VSTI version of XS-1 works fine - both plays and records. Today I downloaded - for being sure - fresh version from jeskola.net - result maintains.

Alternatively, you can convert your soundfonts into DLS format and play them with the DLS Soft Synth in Acid.

I play soundfonts with Jeskola XS-1 (and Terry’s SFZ wrap). My CD burner software is the Easy CD Creator ver 6. Jeskola can’t open a Reaper wav file unless it is rendered at 16 bit resolution or lower.
