WebREACH (Regional Education Assessment Crisis Habilitation) The REACH Program serves children and adults with a developmental disability who have significant behavioral and/or mental health issues. Through center and community based supports it provides crisis prevention and intervention services. WebEnroll your child for four weeks of fun and learning. The Reach program operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 2:00 for elementary school and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm middle school. The program is entirely free. Students will receive a free lunch every day and transportation will be provided.
